- Current Concerns in Neighborhood
- Roads and Speed limit
- Waiting to oil until county fixes the road, Cory Unrein going to look into other options for oil control that may help Weaver be more stable through that section
- Weaver Petitionà HOA is going to look into petitioning a speed limit be posted on Weaver to help not only on Weaver but hopefully in our subdivision as a result
- Please ask everyone to slow down if speeding, take pictures of the vehicles and/or license plate and post on Facebook to encourage people to slow down
- Will be looking into speed bumps over next couple of months depending on the issueàsafety of everyone in the subdivision is our utmost concern
- Waiting to oil until county fixes the road, Cory Unrein going to look into other options for oil control that may help Weaver be more stable through that section
- Lighting and Safety
- Goal of getting everyone in compliance with covenants for having a functioning light at each lot. Would prefer 100 watt light bulb to provide better lighting. If you have questions about installing or maintenance of lights please contact Larry Mason at 388-8715.
- Letters will be going out in the next month to everyone who does not have a light or a light that is not functioning.
- HOA is going to push to have the light installed prior to sales of homes in the subdivision to prevent new owners from being burdened with the cost of something that is required in the covenants.
- Yard Care and Maintenance of Easements
- Everyone must maintain their yard and any easement associated with their property. If you are not maintaining this area you will receive a letter informing you of the need to mow and/or clean up your property. If it is not dealt with in allotted time period, our lawncare company will take care of it and you will be billed. The fee starts at $300 per time.
- If you are having difficulty getting your yardwork done, please let us know! We can get you the names of several companies who can help you out! Also Jerry and Brenda Van Otterloo’s son in law is also looking to help you out! Please contact the HOA if you would like info (Brenda posted her son-in-law’s info on the 4 Dot FB page).
- Picking up after pets: PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR PETS!
- Homeowners not paying dues
- We have multiple houses who are delinquent totaling over $8700 in dues
- Any amount over $500 will be having a lien placed against their home. You will be responsible for the cost of placing the lien as well.
- We are starting to charge interest in late dues. PLEASE PAY THEM!!! ON TIME PLEASE!
